Practice Areas and Expertise

Mr. Lisenby’s areas of concentration include litigation related to insurance coverage and construction defects.
Mr. Lisenby enlisted in the United States Army in 2004 where he joined the ranks of the elite military diving community as a member of the 86th Engineer Dive Team Fort Eustis, Virginia. Mr. Lisenby’s experience as a Salvage Diver afforded him the opportunity to conduct missions around the world on behalf of the United States as well as conduct joint operations with the United States Navy, the United States Coast Guard and the Joint P.O.W./M.I.A. Accounting Command. His military experience led Mr. Lisenby to the belief that the ability to anticipate, adapt and overcome is indispensable to victory.
Shortly after completing his military service, Mr. Lisenby attended Saint Mary’s School of Law where he was a member of the External Advocacy Team and represented Saint Mary’s at numerous mock trial competitions throughout the United States. Mr. Lisenby continues to assist the Saint Mary’s external Advocacy team by serving as a guest judge.
Mr. Lisenby is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court Western District of Texas.
