Practice Areas and Expertise
Douglas W. Benson, Of Counsel to Gravely & Pearson, L.L.P. focuses his practice on representing property owners experiencing construction defects. “I love what I do…Most homeowners and homeowner associations really do not have the money to properly investigate construction defects let alone have the funds to hire an attorney that gets paid by the hour to fight for them”. Explains Benson. By representing single homeowners and homeowner associations on a contingent fee basis and advancing litigation costs, we are able to provide legal access to Texas property owners with real problems to get their property fixed. Mr. Benson was the founding partner of Benson, Kerrane, Storz, & Nelson, P.C.
