Christopher J. Griffiths, of counsel to Gravely & Pearson, L.L.P., joins the firm after completing judicial externships for the Honorable Judge Tari S. Eitzen of Spokane County Superior Court and the Honorable Justice Steven C. Gonzalez of the Washington State Supreme Court. His practice focuses on representing homeowners and homeowner associations in actions against construction and design professionals for construction defects. Christopher is an associate at Benson, Kerrane, Storz, & Nelson, P.C.
Christopher earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver in 2010. While at the University of Denver, Christopher studied abroad at Bond University, which is located on the Gold Coast, just south of Brisbane, Australia. Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Christopher began law school at Gonzaga University’s School of Law in Spokane, Washington where he graduated cum laude.
Before law school Christopher worked at one of Denver’s most reputable family law firms, Gutterman Griffiths. During law school, Christopher completed the two judicial externships listed above and worked as a law clerk for Spokane’s preeminent law firm, Witherspoon Kelley. Through those experiences, Christopher has assisted in the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of practice areas.
Outside of work, Christopher loves to spend time with his wife, Shannon. He also enjoys snowboarding, golfing, cycling, hiking, watching movies, and competing in recreational triathlon, cycling, and running events.
